Project Management and Work Allocation

Our group has been quite organized as far as timetabling goes. We had frequent meetings and decided who will do what and by when! Here is an example where Ollie and Steph with everyone present and active, allocated certain jobs to group members (Timetable up to first animatic essentially the same as final: in fact we actually cut down scenes by introducing the story)
